A NORTH Wales environmental charity has teamed up with The Learning and Work Institute for their Adult Learners’ Week.

Groundwork Training has provided 14 free online masterclasses for individuals to take part in.

The Masterclasses are ideal for career advisers, those referring potential learners onto courses to equip them with a better understanding of how the courses work, and as taster sessions for potential learners.

They cover topics such as confidence building, and life skills and taster sessions of other courses Groundwork Training can deliver such as Food Safety and Health and safety in the Construction Environment.

In response to current events all learning activities for this year’s Adult Learners’ Week campaign will be delivered virtually during September 21 to 27.

The Welsh Government, and the Learning and Work Institute, want to create Wales’ largest-ever bank of digital adult learning resources.

Louise Stokes, training programme manager at Groundwork Training, and the team are looking forward Adult Learners’ Week.

“We are looking forward to Adult Learner’s Week," she said.

"It’s another opportunity to show what Groundwork Training has to offer - to show that we can tailor our training sessions to suit business and individual’s needs.”
