MOTORISTS in North Wales are being reminded of the importance of good eyesight.
Earlier today (September 21), GoSafe, who are the Road Casualty Reduction Partnership for Wales, took to social media to highlight this topic which could help reduce road traffic collisions, and even save lives.
They posted: "This week is National Eye Health Week.
"Whatever your age, good eyesight is vital when using the road.
"Drivers and motorcyclists must be able to read a vehicle registration plate from a distance of 20 metres, wearing glasses or contact lenses if required."
