As we reach the end of what will have been the first week of school for many children in six months, we share with you more photos capturing the moment.

Whether it was a first day milestone, or a return to the classroom, we called on proud parents to share their child's 'first day at school' pictures.

• Samantha Cartwright, from Flint, has shared this picture of Joseph Anton Owen, all ready for his first day of reception class at Croes Atti.
• Gareth Rhodri Jones, from Pentre Bychan, shared the double delight of twins Gethin and Amelia Jones, born at 24 weeks back in 2015. The pair are now starting Year 1 at Ysgol yr Hafod, Johnstown.
• Mandy Deponeo, from Cai Park, said Jessica Deponeo was really looking forward to school and seeing her friends at Gwenfro.
• Kelly Lewis, from Flint, sent us this photo of Phoebe Slater, who was all smiles for her first day starting Year 1 at Ysgol Gwynedd in Flint.
