A MAN was found dead by his wife in their Wrexham home, an inquest heard.
Shaun Williams, 53, died at his home in Wrexham on August 26.
An inquest opening at Denbighshire County Hall in Ruthin yesterday heard that Mr Williams, a concrete floor layer, had committed an act of self-harm and was discovered by his wife at their home on Cefn Road.
The matter will move to a full inquest at a date to be fixed.
