A MAN was found dead in his Wrexham home after sending an apologetic note to his family, an inquest heard.
Zdzislaw Ciesnowski, 42, died at his home address on Birch Street on August 27.
An inquest opening at Denbighshire County Hall in Ruthin yesterday heard that Mr Ciesnowski, who was unemployed at the time of his death, had concerns raised about him becoming more ‘withdrawn’ from his family.
John Gittins, senior coroner for North Wales East and Central, said Mr Jones was found dead at home after sending a message to his family abroad in Polish saying that he was ‘sorry for everything’ in the days leading up to his death.
He was found by a friend who discovered that Mr Ciesnowski had committed an act of self-harm.
The matter will move to a full inquest at a date to be fixed.
