Ron Unsworth: "I had a lovely Christmas dinner upstairs in Bumbles many years ago."
Sarah Davies: "Remember this so well."
Sue Purschke: "I worked in the chemist until 1981. Lovely memories."
Paul Eric Roberts: "My mum worked in Matthews clothes shop for a while."
Faye Bunn: "I remember Fletcher's."
Jill Howell: "I can remember the chemist, Kendricks, bakery, Joe Simon's Barbers, Fletcher's, Singer shop, Squires and on the other side was Bumbles, Sugar and Spice I think, a key cutting shop and later in the 90s Robert Roberts hardware where I worked. Great street to work in."
Sue Maddocks: "Loved Robert Roberts. I remember Griffiths Jewellers, Stants Bakery, Wilmer and Clarke, Wrexham Carpets and a lovely deli shop called Humphreys, and Daley's newsagents being there at some point, I also seem to remember a mill there too."
