Book Review

Clear My Name by Paula Daly

I really enjoyed this book, which is a slow-burning psychological thriller. It tells the story of Carrie, who was tried and convicted for the murder of her husband's girlfriend, but even after being found guilty, she has always protested her innocence. Tess, one of the other main characters in the book, works for Innocence UK, and is trying to get Carrie acquitted. It is the second novel I have read by this author, the first being Just What Kind of Mother Are You?. If you like psychological thrillers I would certainly recommend this author, whose books can be found in your local library, in fact Paula Daly will be our author of the month for September.
