AN agricultural building is to be converted into four homes.
Plans received by Flintshire council requested permission for the development, at a site on The Green, Higher Kinnerton.
The application also sought permission for the creation of access, associated parking, turning and landscaping.
Flintshire Council has since confirmed that the scheme has been approved by planning officers.
A design and access statement submitted with the plans explains: "The proposed development will make use of a currently unused brick and stone built building.
"The conversion of this building will not result in any major reconstruction or alteration to allow for the conversion to take place and will result in the removal of poor quality lean too structure.
"The character and form of the development create a high quality, attractive scheme.
"The proposal would not be unacceptable upon residential vernacular and visual amenity or highway safety."
