PROPOSALS for new homes in Mold have been refused.
A planning application received by Flintshire Council requested permission to build three detached homes with detached double garages and associated replanting/screening in Hendy Road.
The document states the site in question is currently in use as a single residential property with large rear garden.
Flintshire Council has confirmed that the scheme has been refused by planning officers.
