A cyclist airlifted after a collision near Loggerheads remains in hospital with serious injuries.

The incident, involving the cyclist and a Land Rover, occurred at about midday on Friday in the Gwernymynydd area.

The emergency services attended the scene, including the Wales Air Ambulance, and the male cyclist was airlifted to hospital in Stoke.

Today (Monday, July 13) North Wales Police said the cyclist remained in hospital.
