FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a fire out in the open at a popular attraction near Chester.
One fire crew from Tarporley attended the blaze off Station Road, Delamere Forest, shortly before 11.50am today (Tuesday, June 2)
On arrival firefighters discovered a fire in the open which was about seven square metres.
The crew used an extended hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to monitor the temperature.
Firefighters were detained at the incident for about one hour.
