POLICE are warning people to lock up their valuables after two recent thefts in Deeside.

A jetwash was stolen from an insecure shed at a property on Taylors View, Shotton, on Tuesday, May 19, at about 10am.

In another incident, a pink and white bicycle was stolen from outside Asda Queensferry on the same day at about 6pm. The bike was unlocked.

North Flintshire policing team are urging people not to make it easy for thieves by leaving items like bikes and sheds unsecured.
