RHYL RNLI has taken the decision to cancel all of its planned fundraising and family events this summer.
Making the announcement, the team said the "unfortunate decision" had been made due to the current coronavirus pandemic.
The affected avents are the RNLI Dyserth Duck Race, the Rhyl RNLI Raft Race, the 53 Degrees North Music Festival, the Rhyl RNLI Open Day.

RNLI posted on Facebook and Twitter: "Due to the ongoing situation of the Covid-19 outbreak we have had to take the unfortunate decision to cancel all our fundraising and public family events this summer. This is in the interest of public safety, and that of our volunteers.
The events are the station's main source of raising funds to support the lifesaving work along the North Wales coast from Rhyl lifeboat station.
