Coronavirus
MORE than 33,000 people have tested positive for coronavirus across the UK, health chiefs have confirmed.
The Department for Health and Social Care confirmed that as of 9am on April 2, a total of 163,194 people have been tested for the virus.
Of those, 33,718 tested positive.
As of 5pm on April 1, of those hospitalised in the UK who tested positive for coronavirus, 2,921 have died.
