RESIDENTS are being urged to remain vigilant after reports of a scam in Flintshire.
A spokesman for North Wales Police Com Safety East said they received reports of a scam in the Flintshire area this week.
This included a phone call claiming to be from Flintshire County Council requestion payments for the black bins to be emptied.
Flintshire Council is not making these phone calls or requests.
