CHILDREN at a Wrexham primary school enjoyed an eisteddfod.
Before schools closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, children at Acton Primary School celebrated Welsh culture and showcased their many talents in the week-long eisteddfod.
Deputy headteacher Sue Lloyd said: "I was very proud of everyone who entered the competitions and those who performed on stage."
Joint winners of the eisteddfod chair were Eira Davies and Ben O'Grady
The overall winning house was Alyn and the house captains proudly accepted the eisteddfod cup which was presented by Andrew Brant, headteacher of Rhosnesni High School.
