NORTH Wales Police will be visibly on hand at Wrexham Maelor following safety concerns.

The Leader previously reported that staff and visitors do not feel safe at the hospital car park - which has been branded 'dangerous' following thousands of pounds worth of damage.

Wrexham Town's policing team said a PCSO will be at the hospital on February 11 from 10am to 12pm to offer crime prevention advice.

The team spokesman said: "PCSO MAGNESS will be at Wrexham Maelor Hospital reception tomorrow between 10am and 12pm, offering crime prevention advice as well as answering any other queries you may have. Please come and say hello."
