TRAFFIC appears to be building in the Connah's Quay area following an accident.
Traffic reports show motorists are moving slow on B5129 Chester Road East both ways from B5126 Mold Road (Connah's Quay) to Fairfield Road (Queensferry).
There is the usual slow traffic heading past the leisure centre.
