LLANDUDNO Junction homebuilder, Beech Developments, has commenced work to create 110 new homes in Deganwy.
Ranging from two bedroom apartments to large executive four bedroom detached homes, Bryn Heulog will also feature green spaces, cycle paths and a play area. With hundreds of potential buyers looking for homes Beech Developments has a waiting list for their development already in place. Managing director, Matthew Gilmartin said there was a clear need for homes of this type in. He said: “We are delighted to be starting work and bring our plans to fruition at Bryn Heulog. We have received a high volume of calls about the development, with many local first time buyers looking to take their first steps on the property ladder and showing a desire to be close to their work, their families and good schools.
