A TELEVISION show will return for the third year looking for those who want to ‘transform their lives for the better’.
S4C health series FFIT Cymru will be at Wrexham today to find people who want to apply for the next series of the popular show.
Returning for a third series in April, the show focuses on five ordinary people – ‘leaders’ – who want to transform their lives for the better.
Over the course of two months, the leaders aim to become healthier, lose weight and gain self-confidence by following tailor-made fitness and food plans and expert guidance.
The FFIT Cymru camera crew will be in the Tŷ Pawb Center on Tuesday between 1pm and 2.30pm, with series one leader Judith Owen, from Llanwnda, near Caernarfon.
They will then head to the main entrance of the Glyndŵr University campus between 3pm and 5pm.
Judith will be handing out tasters of a FFIT Cymru-inspired beetroot and chocolate cake and speaking to people interested in taking part in the new series.
There will also be different fitness activities and questionnaires for people to take part in. Everyone is welcome to attend.
If you’d like to apply to be a part of the third series of FFIT Cymru, go to s4c.cymru/ffitcymru. The closing date for applications is Friday, January 31.
