A major road in Flintshire has reopened after a car collided with a hedge.
Police said the A541 at Hendre, near Mold, was closed in both directions following the collision for several hours on Monday (December 16).
A North Wales Police spokesman said the road reopened at 5pm following a recovery of the vehicle - a Ford Ka.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue spokesman said two appliances, one from Buckley and one from Holywell, attended the scene.
The fire service cut a male occupant of the car free from the vehicle but confirmed no injury had been sustained during the incident.
The Welsh Ambulance Service said it was initially called to the incident but that a subsequent call was received to say its services were not required.
