A NORTH east Wales senior care organisation is campaigning to spread the Christmas cheer to people living on their own.
Home Instead Wrexham and Flintshire has joined forces with local charities and organisations to launch 'Be a Santa to a Senior'.
It will see get Home Instead gather and distribute gifts to people who may otherwise receive none.
While doing Christmas shopping, people are urged to buy a little extra and drop it off at one of Home Instead's collection boxes.
These can be found at Crown Buildings, 31 Chester Street in Wrexham town centre, Home Instead Wrexham on Chester Road in Gresford and Home Instead Flintshire in Unit 9 of Buckley shopping centre.
Alternatively the team in store in Marks and Spencer in Eagles Meadow in Wrexham on Thursday, December 5, Friday, December 6 and Saturday between 9.30am and 2pm, and December 7 between 11am and 2.30pm.
Suggested items include gloves, scarves, socks, chocolate and toiletries.
