A HIGH street retailer has announced it will give Boxing Day sales a miss to let its staff have family time together.
Home Bargains will be closed on Boxing Day to 'ensure staff spend time with family and friends'.
The retailer, which has Flintshire stores in Mold, Buckley, Holywell and Connah's Quay - and one opening soon in Flint, and the town centre and Gwersyllt in Wrexham, has made the announcement on social media.
A statement directed at its staff said: “Thank you for all your hard work once again this year.
“All of our stores will be closed on Boxing Day to ensure you are able to spend time with your family and friends.
“We hope you enjoy the Christmas holiday.”
Home Bargains stores will reopen on December 27.
