A POPULAR Wrexham music festival is up for a major international award.
FOCUS Wales has been shortlisted for 'Best Indoor Festival' for the 2019 European Festival Awards.
The awards are highly acclaimed, and this year the likes of Glastonbury, Lollapalooza and Rock Werchter have been shortlisted for other categories.
FOCUS Wales is an international multi-venue showcase festival, which places the music industry spotlight firmly on the emerging talent that Wales has to offer the world, alongside a selection of the best new acts from across the globe.
It usually attracts 15,000 people to the town over the three days it runs and includes 250 bands which perform on 20 stages across Wrexham.
The European Festival Awards, launched in 2010, will announce the winners in January - with previous winners including Tomorrowland and Glastonbury.
And FOCUS Wales needs your support to win - with the awards down to public votes.
