POLICE made an arrest after a man was glassed at a Deeside bar on Saturday afternoon.
The incident occurred at The Boathouse on Fron Road in Connah's Quay at about 4pm on November 2, police said.
A North Wales Police spokesman said: ''We were called to the Boathouse pub in Connah's Quay after reports a man had been glassed.
''A man was arrested in connection with the incident."
A spokesman for the ambulance service said:“We were called on Saturday November 2 at approximately 4.03pm to reports of a person having been assaulted at the Boathouse in Connah’s Quay.
"We responded with one emergency ambulance. One patient was transported to Countess Of Chester Hospital.”
