A DRIVER received a ticket in Deeside for having not de-iced their windscreen.
Police said on Wednesday (October 20) a vehicle was stopped in Shotton whereby a driver was given a traffic ticket for having not properly cleared his windscreen.
Stopped this vehicle whilst carrying out #RoadSafety checks in #Shotton earlier. Unfortunately the driver was in a hurry and hadn't given himself time to clear the windscreen to be able to see properly (didn't even see us there...).
