FIRE crews were called out to a collision and reports of smoke at two separate Flintshire incidents.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service told the Leader that reports of a collision on the A541 in Hendre came in just after 3pm on Monday, as well as reports of smoke in the area of Welsh Road on Deeside.
The cause of the smoke was a rubbish fire which had been started deliberately.
A spokesperson for North Wales Fire and Rescue said: "The cause of the fire in Deeside was a rubbish fire in an abandoned derelict building.
"We believe it to be deliberate ignition."
The emergency services are currently dealing with a road traffic collision on the A541 in Hendre #Mold.
