VISITORS have been encouraged to learn about the heritage of a Mold church.
A gift and open day will be held at the Church of St Mary, the Virgin, High Street, Mold on Saturday, October 5 from 10am to 4pm.
Former History teacher, Councillor Chris Bithell, will be giving guided commentaries around the church, explaining its history and architecture.
These tours will take place at 11am and 2pm.
The church registers will also be on display for local families to find out more about their ancestors.
Refreshments will be served and a warm welcome will be extended to all visitors.
