FLINTSHIRE County Council now has an account for residents and customers to enable them to access a number of services online.
If you would like to register your child for a school place, check when your bin will be collected or get the contact details for your local councillor on-line, the council’s new My Account is just what you need and you can do it all at a time and place that suits you best.
It’s quick and easy to sign up, go to www.flintshire.gov.uk/My-Account to register.
Over the coming months, the council said it will be extending the services available to Flintshire residents through My Account and it will keep you posted as new things come online.
By creating an online account, the information you provide will feed into a centralised system allowing us to process your request much quicker.
If you would like some help getting started, you can go along to one of Flintshire Council’s Connect Centres and they will be able to help set you up.
