AN AIR ambulance was called out to Ruabon after reports a person needed "urgent medical assistance".
The Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed a call was received on Sunday (September 22) at about 3.34pm reporting the incident, which occurred in a residential area of the village.
A spokesman said: "We were called to reports of a person needing urgent medical assistance in a residential area of Ruabon.
"We responded with one rapid response vehicle, one emergency ambulance and our crew was supported by the Wales Air Ambulance.”
