A POPULAR wellbeing festival will be returning to Mold this month.
Mold-based community organisation RainbowBiz will return to Theatr Clwyd with the group's Mind, Body and Spirit Festival on Sunday, September 29, and aims to bring people together by promoting positivity.
Over 50 experienced exhibitors, traders, spiritual readers and holistic therapists and traders are due to appear at the event.
A timetable of free workshops and talks take place throughout the day, giving visitors a chance to try new things such as guided meditation, hypnotherapy, didgeridoo sound baths, bellydance, yoga and more which event organisers hope will ensure an enjoyable, relaxing and memorable day.
The free event will be held at Theatr Clwyd between 11am and 4pm.
