ANOTHER fine attacking display saw the Northern Football Association extend their 100 per cent start to the Vale of Clwyd and Conwy League Division One season.

The newly formed side were in clinical mood throughout another impressive outing on home soil to seal an 8-2 triumph over Denbigh Development.

The hosts wasted no time in making an impact on proceedings and went ahead on five minutes when Matthew Robinson found the net, with Jordan Taylor, Paul Jones and Nathan Griffiths all hitting braces throughout the remainder of the contest.

Josh Evans also hit the target on 52 minutes for the home side to achieve another three points against Craig Morris’ side, who managed to net two consolations through Harry Jones and Alfie Harrison.

A sensational second half fightback saw Penrhyn Bay Dragons rescue a point in their 3-3 home draw with Llandudno Amateurs Reserves.

The visitors got off to a tremendous start with two strikes in the opening quarter hour from Steve Collins and Joel Massam, and the former netted again on 36 minutes to give them a comfortable three-goal cushion at the interval.

Things were markedly different after the break, and they managed to secure a share of the spoils thanks to a trio of efforts in a seven minutes spell from Jamie Seager, Tom Parry and Matty Katsouris.
