NORTH Wales Police is appealing for witnesses following a serious assault in Shotton.
A spokesman for the North Flintshire policing team has launched an appeal for the incident which occurred on Dee View Crescent in Shotton.
The assault happened around 9.50pm on Monday, July 15.
A North Wales Police spokesman said: "A 43-year-old man walking along Dee View Crescent around 9.50pm on July 15 was assaulted by a man wearing a black coat with hood up. The victim received hospital treatment for a broken jaw."
