WHEN it comes to new school uniforms for the upcoming term, Holywell parents are able to save money and help the environment with a town council initiative.
Holywell Town Council will be hosting a market stall in town with uniforms for local schools that have been outgrown and are looking for a second home for a minimal donation.
The council added that any funds raised will be donated back to schools in the local area.
Families with any used or outgrown uniforms are being urged to offer these to the community rather than binning them.
Any donations of clean and usable items should be delivered to Sarah’s Coffee Shop off Holywell High Street who has kindly offered to store the goods until the town's market day.
The stall will be in operation on Holywell High Street on Thursday August 22 from 9am until 2pm.
