THE OPEN Day for Wrexham AFC has been rearranged for a different day next week.

The event was originally scheduled to take place on Monday, July 29.

However, the club has said: “Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, this year's open day has been moved to Tuesday, 30th July from 4pm.”

Supporters are welcome to enter the stadium via the gates to the bkoncepts Stand.

The evening will start with the opportunity to watch an open training session with Bryan Hughes and the first team squad.

As well as having the chance to meet the manager, fans will have the chance to have a look at the facilities around the ground.

In the Hays Travel Stand, fans will be able to view the history boards and 150th Anniversary mosaic, have a look at the refurbished 1864 hospitality suite, the hospitality boxes, the disabled viewing platform, and the control room - where crowd monitoring takes place.

In the bkoncepts Stand you will be able to view the away team dressing room, meet physiotherapist Phil Davies and his team in the medical room and take a look inside the match officials' changing area.

Fans can then go upstairs and visit the boardroom, where a club director will be on hand to welcome supporters and answer your questions about Football Club business.

Further along the corridor you will be able to view the 'Executive Room' which has been fully refurbished over the summer and is now home to a fresh expansion of our hospitality offering for 2019-20.

Next to view is another refurbished suite, Bamford's. There you will meet a Trust Board member, who with the tables set out for match day, will be able to show the hospitality offering for next season. Supporters will also be able to view the recently re-framed Wrexham AFC 'Hall of Fame'.

This will all be followed by a question and answer session in the Centenary Club with a panel headed by manager Bryan Hughes, along with assistant manager Brian Flynn and first team coach Carl Darlington, which we are looking to start at 7pm.

Furthermore, the media team will also be in attendance and fans will get the chance to meet them in the Media Room underneath the University Stand and speak to the volunteers who report and communicate with supporters. The media team will be set-up for post-match interviews and be conducting a live stream during the event.

The Club Shop will also be open for fans to collect their season tickets and membership cards, as well as an opportunity to purchase both the new home and away shirts.
