POLICE have arrested three suspects in connection with drugs offences and being in possesion of a knife following a pursuit that ended in Pontblyddyn.
Police said the incident took place during the early hours of Thursday (July 18). Three arrests followed the pursuit, with the driver of the vehicle testing positive for drugs, while a quantity of suspected Class A drugs were recovered.
Police said a knife was also recovered.
A North Wales Roads Policing Unit spokesman said: "A positive outcome from a job in Pontblyddyn during the early hours of this morning.
"Pursuit ended with three arrests, driver tested positive for drugs at the roadside and a quantity of what's believed to be Class A drugs and a knife were recovered."
