HUGE traffic delays were sparked in Saltney following a crash between a HGV and a bridge.
The incident, involving a heavy goods vehicle becoming wedged under a railway bridge occurred between Chester Street and River Lane on Friday, July 5.
A North Wales Police spokesman told the Leader that the control room received reports of a lorry stuck under the bridge near Asda at 11.22am.
Traffic was reported to have moved slowly along as the vehicle was recovered.
No injuries were reported.
