A COLOURFUL parade of peace walkers made their way through Llangollen during the fourth day of the Town's International Eisteddfod event.
Since 1952, people of all ages in Llangollen have presented a message of peace and goodwill to the children of the world from the stage of the Royal International Pavilion.
On Thursday morning, children from Plas Madoc Community Group joined adults on a peace march, taking their colourful home-made signs and some gentle music along with them.

The hot weather allowed the group to take off from the bridge before making their way past the canal and back into the Eisteddfod's pavilion grounds, where fellow guests cheered them on and clapped as they walked by.
Organised by Elise Jackson, from Ruabon, the march aimed to raise awareness of topics such as global warming and conflict and aimed to deliver a powerful message in a peaceful way.
