A HEAD injury has been given as the provisional cause for the death of a retired caretaker.
William Oswald Jones, who was born in Wrexham, died at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd on June 9. He was 96.
Opening an inquest into his death, John Gittins, coroner for North East Wales (and Central), said Mr Jones, who lived in Rhyl, has suffered a fall in April of this year, and had sustained a head injury.
A full inquest will take place in November of this year.
