PUPILS at a village school have been learning about the sea.
Nursery and reception classes at St Mary's Church in Wales Primary School, in Ruabon, are enjoying their new topic - Under the Sea/Dan y Mor.
Teaching assistant Helen Probin said: "The reception class have designed some lovely collages depicting Under the Sea.
"They have also been studying the names of fish and sea creatures in Welsh and learning about the habitats of sea creatures. The new topic also features in their literacy and numeracy work.
"Recently they also enjoyed the story of The Rainbow Fish and designed their own colourful fish to remind them that it is important to say sorry and forgive others."
