A MAN from Wrexham has admitted caused damage to his council-owned home.
But a claim that the damage was valued at more than £30,000 was not correct, Mold Crown Court was told.
Roy Johns, 48, of Clwyd Wen in Caia Park, admitted that on May 10 last year he damaged walls, ceilings, insulation cladding and pipes, a loft access, and CO2 and smoke alarms, electrical fixtures and fittings, wires, windows, and radiators, belonging to Wrexham Council.
He also admitted causing damage to CCTV and satellite TV cables on the same day.
The prosecution confirmed the value of the damage had now been revised and amounted to £13,000.
Barrister Simon Rogers, defending, said psychiatric reports were available but the court would need an up-date before sentencing took place.
Judge Niclas Parry agreed and adjourned sentence to July 18 at Caernarfon Crown Court.
He said that the defendant was a man with vulnerabilities and they needed to be explored.
