A 49-YEAR-OLD man has admitted a series of burglary and other offences.

Felix Doran, of no fixed abode, appeared from custody at Mold Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to nine offences between June and October of last year.

He admitted an attempted burglary of a property, Plas Uchaf at World's End, Eglwyseg; the theft of a trailer, and attempted burglary at Belvedere, Llwyneinion, Rhos, Wrexham; the aggravated taking of two vehicles, a Ford Focus and a Vauxhall Astra; an attempted burglary at Upper Lodge, Cymau; a burglary at Brymbo Road in Bwlchgwyn; a burglary at Brymbo High Street and an attempted burglary at Hoole, Chester.

He denied an attempted burglary in Rutland Road, Wrexham and the handling of a stolen Audi A3 motor car, which were allowed to remain on the file.

Doran was remanded in custody pending sentence.

A second man, James Doran, 26, of no fixed abode, admitted an attempted burglary at Berse Road in Caego, Wrexham and the attempted burglary at World's End and the theft of a trailer.

He appeared in court via a live link from Berwyn Prison in Wrexham and he was remanded in custody pending sentence.

A third man, Isaac Purcell, 23, of Exeter Place in Blacon, Chester, pleaded not guilty to the attempted burglary at World's End and the theft of a trailer.

He was bailed pending his trial on October 3.

Judge Niclas Parry said the other two would be sentenced when that trial had taken place.
