CONGESTION remains on the A55 heading towards Broughton following an earlier incident.
One lane has been closed due to accident involving a vehicle that collided with the central reservation on the eastbound part of the expressway from J36 for Warren Bank Interchange to J38 for the Posthouse Roundabout.
Traffic Wales officers are on the scene and a post made on social media says they are working hard to keep the networks moving.
Since 3.45pm, the westbound carriageway has cleared but delays continue on the eastbound side where the lane remains closed.
