A cyclist was involved in a crash in Marchwiel
A CYCLIST was rushed to hospital after the bike he was riding was in collision with a car in Marchwiel this morning (Friday).
Wrexham Road was closed for a short period after the incident took place at its junction with Elwyn Drive at around 10.20am.
North Wales Police said that the cyclist was in collision with a red Fiat car at the road junction in the village.
The Welsh Ambulance Service said: "We responded with one rapid response vehicle and one ambulance.”
The condition of the cyclist is not known.
