A FLINTSHIRE theatre is to host an intriguing 1950's story.
Phoenix Theatre Company is to present 'Murder on Mulholland Drive' at Theatr Clwyd May 30 and 31 as well as June 1.
The play, written by Richard Jones and presented at the request of the Rotary Club of Mold, will start at 7.45pm each night.
A spokesman for the company said: "Set in the glamorous world of 1950's Hollywood, Houston McCoy is the biggest and most successful movie producer in the World.
"However, you don't get to his position without making lots of enemies on the way. But does someone have murder in mind and if so who?
"Join us in the Emlyn Williams Theatre for the premier of this new play with live music from "J Edgar and the Hoovers."
The spokesman added that to get into the spirit of the 50s, audience members are invited to attend in fashion of that decade if they wish.
