PATIENTS of a Flintshire medical practice which closed suddenly have been notified of where they now must seek treatment, a health board has said.

Registered patients of Bromfield Medical Practice in Mold, which closed with immediate effect a week ago, will now be seen at Glanrafon Medical Centre in Mold.

Betsi Cadwaladr said patients are now able to book routine GP and nurse appointments over the telephone using the usual practice telephone number 01352 700212 between 8am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Patients attending for appointments are asked to notify the receptionist on the ground floor once they have arrived and then proceed to the first floor waiting area where they will be called through for their appointment.

Patients who need to see a doctor outside of regular opening hours can contact the North Wales GP Out of Hours Service on 0300 123 55 66.

Glanrafon Medical Centre can be found on Glanrafon Road, Mold, CH7 1PA.
