NORTH Wales Police has secured a pair of Criminal Behaviour Orders against shoplifting siblings from Bagillt.

A spokesman for the South Flintshire policing team told the Leader that an order is in place against Damian Wesley Morris for three years and a separate one for his sister Natasha Morris lasting two years.

Miss Morris, said to have previous convictions for more than 60 offences, began serving a 14-week jail sentence on April 19 for shoplifting in Mold after breaching the conditions of a suspended sentence.

She stole £64 worth of items from Boots and two cans of lager valued at £3.20 from The Best One store.

The restrictions will activate upon her release.

Both orders prohibit the pair from entering any retail premises in Mold with Mr Morris’ order specifically ordering that he is not to enter Spar store on Mold Road in Buckley where he was caught shoplifting.

Both must also not use or encourage others to use foul, abusive, offensive, threatening, disorderly or intimidating language or behaviour in a public place including hospitals in England or Wales.
