A WREXHAM man has appeared in court charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Joseph Berry, 38, of Fenwick Drive, also faces several other charges in relation to the fatal collision in Elton, Cheshire on November 24 last year which resulted in the death of a 37-year-old woman.
Berry was remanded into custody after the appearance at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, April 16.
He was also charged with failing to stop at the scene of a collision, failing to report a collision, driving while disqualified and driving with no insurance, at an appearance after the fatal collision.
The incident happened in Elton, Cheshire, in November last year
