NORTH Wales Police have confirmed that a man has been arrested for drug and firearm offences.
The arrest follows the large-scale police presence that descended on Greenfield between 7pm and 8pm on Friday, April 12.
That evening, North Wales Police posted a message on Twitter which said: “There is currently a large police presence in Greenfield, Flintshire. We want to reassure residents that there is no risk to the public. Thank you for your patience while officers are in the area.”
The 24-year-old has since been released on bail; a spokesman has confirmed.
