THE full lineup for the Caught By The River stage at this year’s Good Life Experience has been announced.

The brainchild of Charlie and Caroline Gladstone, Cerys Matthews and Steve ‘Abbo’ Abbot, the festival takes place on the Hawarden Estate in Hawarden, Flintshire, between September 12-15 with the Caught by the River (CBTR) tent featuring a jam-packed daily programme of music, poetry and literature as well as a book and record shop.

This summer's highlights include London post-punkers Snapped Ankles, hotly-tipped Manchester band Working Men’s Club and Wirral-based indie poppers Seatbealts who all appear on the Friday night of the festival.

On Saturday writers Jon Savage, Charlotte Runcie, Dan Richards and Richard King will join bands International Teachers of Pop and Modern Nature while Sunday will see Trevor Moss and Hannah-Lou and Hannah Peel and Will Burns all perform.

A spokesperson for the Good Life Experience said: "Caught by the River is an arts/nature/culture clash. It was conceived in 2007 as an online meeting place for pursuits of a distinctly non-digital variety: walking, fishing, looking, thinking. From birdsong and beer to adventure and poetry; life’s small pleasures, in all their many flavours.

"It was – and still is – about stepping out of daily routines to re-engage with nature. Finding new rhythms. Being.

"The CBTR crew have been running a stage at The Good Life Experience since the very beginning, and return this year with another triumphant line-up."
